Laura started her career with the world’s largest tourism company TUI before progressing on to TUI’s Airline. In 2001 she relocated to Cyprus remaining in the tourism industry until 2011 when she commenced a career within a contracting and payroll solutions company.

Laura Joined GRS in 2017,  and has developed her role always within the Business Support function with several promotions seeing her progress from Recruitment Resourcer to her most recently promoted role as Operations Manager for the Malta and Middle East teams. Her role focuses on the on boarding of new candidates and promoting job vacancies through our website and social media platforms. Laura’s role concentrates on candidate attraction ensuring that the most talented candidates register with GRS who are seeking new positions within Malta and the Middle East.  As Operations Manager she spear heads the teams operations through organising the back end function and administration function working closely with suppliers, 3rd party job boards, the CRM system and the team of consultants ensuring all processes and procedures are followed increasing efficiency and profitability for the teams.
